BDO has advised the Value Added Distributor (VAD) Elovade, a Verdane as well as NEXX Capital GmbH (formerly HQ Equita) portfolio company, on the acquisi-tion of Brigantia Partners („Brigantia“), a leading cybersecurity distributor in the UK and Ireland.
BDO supported the acquisition process with a multidisciplinary transaction team from the Deal Advisory and Transaction Tax departments, led by Steffen Eube, Felix Fries, Dr. Michael Brauer as well as Julia Loncar, providing financial and tax due diligence support as well as tax structuring assistance.
