Consent and Data Protection Information
In general, it is possible to record and/or transcribe Teams calls.
The participant’s consent is given during the meeting itself. To communicate the procedure in advance, the Privacy Notice below will be attached to every invitation in the future.
This informs participants prior to a Teams call about the possibility of a recording and/or a transcription and explains the consent process.
As soon as the call is recorded and/or transcribed, all participants are automatically muted and, if applicable, their cameras are disabled.
Additionally, the following notice appears for all participants:
- Transcription
“Transcription has begun. You can activate your microphone to give consent for the transcription of your contribution."
